All kidding aside, Chef Mimi Bean is the Culinary Director for BB King’s. Mimi and her team are responsible for bringing fabulous food to the BB King’s menu and concept, and Victory’s Kitchen is very lucky to work with such a talented and creative individual (what else would you expect me to say with her standing there holding that Chef’s Knife!). We produce many products for BB King’s including their fabulous Signature BBQ Sauce, Gumbo Base, Remoulade, Honey Mustard Dressing and Soups., both for food service and retail.
